I’ve put together and run hundreds of workshops, on/off sites and team-building days over the years.
Team time away from the office or away from the daily routine does wonders for creativity, problem-solving and connection.
I’m here to help you make the most out of any activity you are planning.
We can work at any scale:

organisational - for example having the whole organisation involved in a values-creation exercise (yes, this can be done, it’s amazing, and it can a physical event)

leadership/c-suite – for example a blue-sky-thinking/strategy workshop or leadership team team-building

team level – for example strategy execution, trouble-shooting, trust and team-building workshops

How do we do this?

End goal – we start with your main objectives and work back. I want to understand what you want to achieve and why

Design and choreography – once I’ve understood your aims and objectives and we’ve discussed ideas you already have, I will design an event for you and your organisation

Feedback & iterate – I want the event to be as close to perfect as possible so we need to further refine the proposal

Compere or lead the event – this is optional as you may want to do it yourself

Follow-up – we’ll debrief the event and ensure follow-up steps are in place. What went well? What didn’t go so well? What did we learn?

Impact – In my experience the danger – whether it’s a team-building workshop or a values-building organisational event – is that a lot of work goes into the event itself but not enough on the follow-up. We’ll look at what can be done to
