I’m passionate about creating performance cultures based on trust and inclusion. Ultimately trust is the basis for everything and there isn’t enough of it. As leaders, it is our responsibility to create trust and an environment where teams and individuals can perform at their best.

I also care deeply about supporting women in leadership positions to progress in their careers. By further increasing diversity at the most senior levels in organisations we also increase the likelihood of financial outperformance (see McKinsey's latest report).

Why me? I have 20 years of hands-on leadership experience from startups to FTSE100s meaning I’ve built loads of successful and thriving teams - multinational, international and remote - where trust has been the foundation for everyone to perform. I’ve also failed along the way and have the scar tissue to prove it.

I’m Franco-British and have divided my life between both countries. After almost twenty years in London, I moved to the French Alps with my partner to enjoy more nature and trail running, making a dream come true. I value freedom and have done some crazy things (for example, running across Europe to raise money for refugees). I’m also Mum to a beautiful little girl called Eva.

Why the name Further Potential? By having the right support, our potential to achieve extraordinary things increases. Who knows how far we can go, let's find out!
